Mission: The Diversity Roundtable of Greater Lafayette works toward inclusion by encouraging access, equity and respect for all.

The Diversity Roundtable is committed to addressing multiple dimensions of human diversity, specifically those that are linked to conditions in our community that result from prejudice and discrimination.

The Diversity Roundtable provides leadership and promotes strategies to achieve a culture that values diversity as evidenced by attitudes, policies and practices within Lafayette, West Lafayette and Tippecanoe County, Indiana.

Diversity Roundtable Subcommittees

Six subcommittees, organized in April 2010, are working to support diversity. Their focuses are on:

  • Focus Groups
  • Community Diversity Class

Town Forum on Local Law Enforcement

WBAA Radio has made available the audio recording of this forum. Tippecanoe County Sheriff Tracy Brown, Lafayette Police Captain Kurt Wolf, West Lafayette Police Chief Jason Dombkowski, and Purdue Police Chief John Cox talk about diversity training, recruitment, retention and community relations in this forum hosted by the Diversity Roundtable of Greater Lafayette at Ivy Tech on January 12, 2010.
